Queen Anne’s tight urban lots demand precision. A painting contractor brought Scafframe in for a full exterior paint restoration of a three-story Victorian on the west slope. We secured an SDOT street use permit, installed a street-side frame with full toe boards and debris netting for sidewalk protection, and ran the entire job within the permitted footprint — no lane closures, no neighbor complaints, no L&I citations.
