A general contractor hired Scafframe to deliver full-perimeter commercial scaffolding for a 12-story office building on 2nd Ave in Downtown Seattle. The scope included an engineered sidewalk bridge protecting active pedestrian traffic, a Professional Engineer stamp, and all SDOT street use permit logistics.
