The City of Renton Public Works department selected Scafframe for exterior cladding replacement on a two-story municipal building that required continuous public access throughout construction. We designed and installed a construction shoring support system combined with an integrated pedestrian tunnel that maintained ADA-compliant pathways to every entrance. Municipal permits were coordinated and approved before the first tube was set, ensuring zero Stop Work Orders.
